| *GSPBR is very proud of our association with Feline Rescue and Rehome (FuRR) . No one works harder to help the cats in Arkansas. They not only save adoptable cats from kill shelters and adopt them out to responsible and loving homes, they also practice and promote trap, neuter and release (TNR) which consists of trapping feral cats, spay or neutering them then rereleasing them into colonies. | Gurdon, AR animal control is run by one very dedicated guy. They ARE a city run facility therefore have to euthanize due to irresponsible owners and irresponsible breeding.
