Gentle Souls Pit Bull Rescue was started in April 2008. It was founded by Anne Thomason (AR) and Jessica
Scaramuzzo (MN). And also thanks to donations made by Kristi & Patrick Patton (AR). We are a 501c3 non
profit organization.
We are an extremely small organization, but hope to eventually grow.
Our main goal is to rescue and rehome pit bull terriers and mixes. We take in dog & human friendly pit bulls,
foster them in our homes, and find them terrific new homes!
We are always looking for responsible and dedicated individuals to help us in our mission. For more information

Pam Thomason, forever foster of Roxie the
worst abused pit bull we have had in our
program. Someone poured acid on Roxie
and beat her. She will forever live in
comfort with Pam due to her emotional and
physical scars. Pam is pictured with Atticus
her "grandson" who was adopted the
minute Anne met him ! Pam is also a

THE PATTONS! Patrick, Kristi and Caroline
have helped GSPBR out more than words can
