GENTLE SOULS PIT BULL RESCUE

SAVING THE WORLD ONE PIT BULL AT A TIME
*FOSTERS DESPERATELY NEEDED!*

Please donate through the link below to help
the pitties .
All donations are tax deductible!
Welcome to our website. Please look around & we hope that you will enjoy.

Please send this website onto family and friends who might be interested in adopting one of our
animals, volunteering with us, or who might just want to learn more about the breed(s) we rescue.

Volunteer with us!
We are always looking for responsible and dedicated individuals to help us in our mission.

Some of these opportunities include:
-Fostering. We can only save as many dogs as we have room for. We are looking for fosters
for dogs and cats. If you can not foster a pit bull, perhaps you could help by fostering one of
our non bully breeds or a cat.
-Fundraising
-Helping at adoption events
-Walking dogs
-Helping with the Pet Co cat cages
-Taking pictures
-Helping to update the websites

For more information about volunteering for GSPBR please email gentlesoulspbr@gmail.com.

Please note, we are a small organization and DO NOT take "owner surrendered dogs or
cats". When we have room, we will take in dog & cats that are at shelters and facing
euthanasia. We are willing to assist in giving you tips on rehoming your animal, and
possibly courtesy posting it on our website.

If you have a pit bull and do not want it anymore, please, please try to do everything possible to keep it. Pit bulls are the
MOST overpopulated dog in the country. They are euthanized at shelters all over the country at a very alarming rate.
GSPBR barely saves a small percentage of the dogs here in Arkansas.

If you can not keep it, please be responsible in rehoming it. There are many, many bad and irresponsible people who are
looking for pit bulls.

Some tips on rehoming your pit bull:
~Do not give your dog away for free-charge a rehoming fee even if it is a small one.
~Be sure to check out the home where your pit bull will be living. If you get a bad feeling DO NOT leave your dog
there.
~Spay or neuter your pit bull before letting it go to it's new home. It is not that expensive (there are many low cost
places in the area, please email gentlesoulspbr@gmail.com for a list of them).
~Your dog has been your companion, it is depending on you to find it a loving new place to live. Pit bulls are very
trusting, please do not let your pit bull down.
Check out our adorabull litter of 6 who will be looking for homes
around the beginning of June! Poor babies were not in great
shape when we got them but they are doing soooo much better
now. Thanks Pattons !
